What is Roadie Reminder?

Roadie Reminder is an iOS app that simplifies tour management. It helps you:

• Capture and store bus tag photos
• Track bus codes and city tags
• Manage hotel room numbers with privacy protection
• Store driver information with quick-call integration
• Plan and track tour schedules with a smart calendar system
• Access key information via lock-screen widget

Bus Tab

The Bus tab helps you track which bus you're on and where you're going.

How to Use

1. Add Bus Photo: Tap the photo area to add or retake a picture of the bus tag
2. Edit Bus Code: Use the unlock switch (upper-right) to edit bus code and city tag
3. Authentication Required: You'll need to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to unlock and edit

Hotel Tab

The Hotel tab keeps track of your current room number and room history.

How to Use

1. Unlock to Enter Room: Unlock to enter tonight's room number
2. Room Entry Rules: Room entry is allowed on OFF days (purple) or when a room already exists
3. Privacy Protection: Your room number is hidden by default (shows •••••) for privacy
4. Reveal Room Number: Long-press the door icon to reveal the room number - it will auto-hide after 2 seconds
5. Manage History: Swipe left on any past room in the history list to delete it
6. Clear Room: The "Clear Room Number" button is only visible when unlocked to prevent accidental deletion

Driver Tab

The Driver tab stores your driver's contact information for quick access.

How to Use

1. Unlock to Edit: Unlock to edit driver name and phone number
2. Quick Call: Tap the phone number to call directly
3. Hide Keyboard: Use the "Done" button above the keypad to hide the keyboard

Calendar Tab

The Calendar tab helps you plan and track your tour schedule with a smart system that defaults to OFF days.

How to Use

1. Enter Edit Mode: Tap the gear icon (upper-right) to enter edit mode
2. Set Tour Range: Select 'Tour Range' to set your tour start and end dates
3. Days Default to OFF: All days in the range will automatically be marked as OFF (purple) - you're off unless you're working
4. Mark Working Days: Tap individual days to mark them as SHOW (white) - these are your working days
5. Add Hotel Badges: Long-press a SHOW day to add or remove the hotel badge (🛌)
6. Navigate Months: Use the arrow buttons to navigate between months in both view and edit modes

Visual Indicators

• Blue/Purple Days: OFF days (you're off)
• White Days: SHOW days (working days)
• 🛌 Badge: Hotel days (appears on SHOW days)
• Blue Border: Current day indicator

Coffee Tab

The Coffee tab helps you find coffee nearby when you need a caffeine fix.

How to Use: Opens Apple Maps to help you find coffee nearby. Just for laughs ☕️

Lock-Screen Widget

Add the Roadie Reminder widget to your lock screen to see your current bus code and hotel room at a glance.

How to Add

1. Long-press on your lock screen
2. Tap "Customize"
3. Tap the lock screen area
4. Tap the "+" button to add widgets
5. Find "Roadie Reminder" and add it

Features

• Shows current bus code and hotel room number
• Updates automatically when you change your bus code or room number
• No need to unlock your phone - information is right there

Security & Privacy

Roadie Reminder takes your privacy seriously:

• Local Storage: All your data is stored securely on your device
• Biometric Protection: Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode protection for sensitive data
• Room Privacy: Room numbers hidden by default for security
• No Cloud Sync: Your tour information stays private and secure on your device

Data Management

In the Help tab, you can manage your data:

• Clear Calendar: Removes all OFF-day markings and hotel-room flags from the calendar
• Clear Room Data: Removes current room number and all room history
• Reset All Data: Erases all app data including bus info, rooms, driver details, calendar, and photos (cannot be undone)

Note: All data management actions require confirmation to prevent accidental deletion.
